Valid Prescription Required


Please be sure you have a valid, unexpired contact lens prescription before submitting your order. We will require you to upload it prior to shipment. Keep in mind that glasses and contact lens prescriptions can be different, so you should ensure that you have been fitted for contact lens during your last eye examination. If you are not sure, email us at info@doctorvangie.com or your eye care provider to help! 


If necessary, you give us consent to contact your eye care provider to verify your prescription and any other necessary information.

Color and Product Description


We have made every effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible on our website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of the colour will be accurate.



Deliveries will be as soon as possible to the address on your order and are "best effort" based. Subject to delays outside our control, the overall delivery period will not exceed 30 days.

Your wait time depends on your lens type. Some products are in stock, and others (including toric/astigmatism and multifocal lenses) are custom orders through the manufacturer. You will be notified of any products on back order. 

Returns & Exchanges


All sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. In the event of a prescription change approved by a doctor, an exchange will be considered for boxes of contact lenses within 14 days of delivery. For more details, refer to our full Return Policy.

Payments & Promotions


We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard or Amex. Payments can be made online or by phone. If using a coupon code, please note that only one coupon code can be used per order and cannot be combined with any other offers. Promotions are subject to change without notice and we reserve the right to cancel any orders deemed fraudulent.



Each manufacturer will apply set terms and conditions in accordance with their rebate program. Offer valid for Canadian residents only. Offer not valid where prohibited by law. Submissions must comply with eligible products during valid promotional dates. Limit one rebate submission per offer, per order unless otherwise specified. Offer is not valid in combination with any other product offers or rebates. Keep copies of all documents for your records. Allow 6 – 8 weeks for processing. No P.O. Boxes, only street or rural addresses are acceptable. We are not responsible for any lost, late, damaged or undelivered responses. Late, noncompliant, fraudulent or duplicate submissions will not be honoured. Each manufacturer reserves the right to cancel their rebate program at any time without notice.


Notice to customers on insurance claims: If you are personally filing the claim for reimbursement from a third-party payer (e.g. insurance company, employer group, etc.) for the purchase of this product, your claim should be reduced by the value of the rebate. If your eye care professional is filing the claim on your behalf, you must notify them to detect the rebate amount from the purchase price used in calculating the claim.
